Ball joint

Ball joint
Ball joint connects the car wheels to the suspension system. Ball joints
are made of a bearing stud and a socket. Basically ball joints allow the
force and displacement of the wheel to be transferred to the suspension
link. Control and support joints on the steering of a double wishbone
front suspension system are provided for rotational freedom while
steering is turned.
Rack end

Rack end is a component attached to the rack and pinion or steering rack.
The function of the rack end is to absorb road condition in order to
maintanin vehicle handling.
Stabilizer link

Stabilizer link
Stabilizer link is a component of the suspension system which connects a
sway bar to a shock absorber. Stabilizer links transmit the force to the
sway bar to keep the vehicle stable.
Tie rod end

Tie rod end
Tie rod end is widely used on the rack & pinion steering system and also
on the steering box type. The outer tie rod end is connected to the
steering knuckle, while the inner tie rod is connected to the steering rack.
The function of the tie rod end is to push and pull the front tires as the
steering wheel turn.
